The check covers six dimensions of agent readiness. Discoverability is whether an agent can work out what you do and what it can do with you. Action exposure is what it decides it may do on a customer's behalf. It also looks at what an agent does when it finds nothing clear to go on, which is guess.

Your responses produce a detailed insight, examining each dimension as well as your three largest gaps. This is the first step in understanding how an agent would describe you to others.
