Discovery session

You already know the obvious angles. What you are after is a way to surface the unexpected.

The session runs for ninety minutes. We take a specific challenge and work our way through, examining individual surfaces as we the underlying currents.

Our inquiry goes past the surface presentation and looks to identify what the underlying drivers, blockers and opportunities are.

My background is research and service design. That means I come at your problem from outside the frame you are already inside, which is where the useful questions tend to live.

We take ninety minutes. I lead. You talk. Afterwards you receive a written document capturing the key threads and the questions worth taking forward. That document is yours.

Good to know

I will review what you have shared and respond within 48 hours to confirm the session and send payment details. Once payment is received, I will send a link to select your slot.

The session costs €450, payable in advance and non-refundable. Your slot should be selected within 60 days of payment. Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. A session missed without notice cannot be rescheduled. An invoice is issued following successful payment.
